The Founder
After more than a decade living and working in Tokyo, Sofia has built trusted relationships across beauty, wellness, and aesthetics. Her network includes manufacturers, clinic operators, practitioners, doctors, brand founders, distributors, and strategic partners across Japan, Korea, and other international markets. Those relationships, combined with hands-on industry experience, give clients something most advisory firms can’t offer: direct access to people worth knowing, introductions with real context, and market insight from someone who’s been inside it.
